We check in at 6/6/25 7am , I check a lot tour guide they said support 5/6 one can get refund mayb 50% , so they not refund at all , and said we didn’t mention early , we also facing flight delay the room the reserve for us didn’t sold so cannot refund , this reason I cannot accept . So will write a comment here let all the traveller know this issue . I won’t come back this hotel anymore , I travel around the would facing the front desk really no helpful and no smile .

Location is excellent really convenient with just 1 stop away to people’s park (人民广场） so most of the places you go can be accessible with minimal walk. But at night surrounding can be slightly dark, but is a quiet and safe place. Right below a decent size 7 eleven (convenient store) whereby you can easily get any missing necessities there. They also had Starbucks coffee. Breakfast are decent and stuff are overall friendly even though they are still youngster.
Gym are decent just a pity the rm itself do not have security box and ironing board. (You can steam your clothings at the level 6 washing laundry zone)

The service from the hotel manager, Mr Li was excellent. He was very kind to recommend and help me change my room type to suit our needs and optimised value for money. Thanks to his recommendation, I even received a refund and He was so professional to ensure that I received the refund in a timely manner.
Ours were "smart " rooms where most basic functions could be controlled via AI.

Tge hotel was clean and the location was very good next to the subway station... super convenient for those who wants to travel and move around to visit shanghai

Very happy with the services provided by the front office staff, cleaner ahyi, shushu. They are all very friendly. The hotel location is right beside a metro station (XinZha) and there are a few local shops selling local food, bread and there is also a big groceries shop!

The room was super cozy and clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were super friendly and made me feel really welcome. The pool was amazing, and breakfast every morning was delicious with lots of options. Plus, the location made it easy to get around and explore. I’m definitely coming back next time I’m in town!

Good service and location is near to everywhere in Shanghai. It’s very big room size and safe for family but toilet and bathroom is see-through I would like to suggest to change it to support next time to select this hotel again.
