Unexpectedly grand hotel, especially when you first walk in the front entrance. Very traditional hotel with great service, remember to book your free transport to and from the Sendai train station. The hot spring experience is as expected - comfortable, cozy, clean and relaxing. Highly recommended. The included Dinner and breakfast buffets are great and aside from the typical western food, it served up some local delicacies which were really nice and authentic. Highly recommended place for anyone looking at a day or two to unwind and relax.

The staff at this hot spring resort are very warm and friendly, very attentive and polite, making people feel very comfortable. The room has a good sense of space and the lobby is spacious and luxurious. Wen Yequan is very comfortable. There are many types of dinner, but the taste is not outstanding. I have a suggestion that the hotel should add an email contact method, as it is too inconvenient to contact using a Japanese phone number.

I was amazed when I entered the hotel lobby because I didn't have high expectations, but everything was not what I thought. The lobby was high, the carpet was well maintained, and there were many seats. But I think it would be 100 points if there were coffee as welcome drinks and sitting in the living room to enjoy the scenery outside the hotel.
