"端午假期入住了新開業的尼山魯源酒店，整體體驗遠超預期！作為一家新酒店，無論是硬件設施還是服務細節都讓人耳目一新。尤其想點贊幾位貼心的服務人員——經理孔倩老師，管家宋亦然和客房服務員樑琳琳，他們的用心讓這次家庭出遊格外温暖。 入住期間，管家宋亦然始終以“朋友式”服務相伴，主動詢問需求，提前為我們調整客房佈置，還貼心推薦了周邊適合親子遊玩的路線。她的細緻與熱情，讓整個入住過程到離開送我們退房充滿人情味，彷彿回到另一個“家”。早餐菜品也很豐富，種類齊全味道很棒👍餐廳服務卜令娟老師為我們提供的服務很細緻周到。客房服務員樑琳琳更是讓我們感受到家人般的關懷，得知我們帶孩子入住後，她主動送來小童專用洗髮水和可愛的小拖鞋，甚至貼心地調整了房間物品擺放位置，避免孩子磕碰。這種對親子需求的敏鋭洞察，讓我們全家倍感安心。 雖然酒店剛開業，但服務團隊的默契與温度絲毫不遜色於成熟品牌。客房設計簡約現代，細節處卻藏着滿滿的巧思（比如小童用品、便利設施等）。如果滿分是10分，我想給這裏的服務打12分！推薦給所有注重細節、追求“有温度旅行”的家庭，尼山魯源絕對值得列入度假清單！下次度假一定還會選擇這裏！"

"Ms Zhang received us and briefed us on the amenities. The hotel also provided a welcome snack of pastries and fruit, plus specially brewed tea for better sleep. We had the whole place to ourselves - it consisted of a bedroom with two single beds on the ground floor, a four poster bed on the upper floor with additonal bathroom and toilet, and finally a large basement with seating area. Would be great for a family. Next day, breakfast was great, with millet porridge, freshly made dough sticks, and wontons in soup. Couldn't have asked for more! Wonderful place in Qufu, we will definitely book it again!"
